Bridge Exercise Description:

This exercise is designed to create a functional core by engaging the adominal and buttock muscles.

Step 1: Bend both knees so that feet are flat on the bed

Step 2: Tighten the abdominal and buttock muscles

step 3: Lift up the body as one unit, keeping pelvis stable
